Pageviews, custom events, and focus signals associated to Engage contacts - so journeys react to what they did on site, not only who’s on the list. Pair with popups when the interrupt should earn its keep.

Active is the sensor layer. The tracking script and events package attach onsite behavior to identifiable contacts so Engage can segment and send on what just happened - deposit intent, dormancy return, VIP path - not a static export.

  • Web tracking - page and event hits wired to the contact model.
  • Behavior signals - focus items, custom events, and onsite actions that belong on the record.
  • Switchable - turn Active on or off without rebuilding Engage.
  • Association to Engage - Active is most useful with Engage: track → identify → message.
  • Same from-level ladder - hosted Active is priced by contact from-levels (EUR), independent of your Engage band when volumes differ.

Use Active when list-only sending isn’t enough. Engage is the core platform; Active is the optional sensor layer. Launch does not include Active - add it when behavior should follow the session.
