Engage is the contact CRM and outbound engine. Bring people in the way your ops already work - CSV dump, sync, API import - and run the retention channels that print: segments that know who pays, campaigns that sequence email and SMS, forms and capture that land in the same record.

Hosted Engage is priced by contact from-levels (EUR). Launch is Engage level 1 without Active - $29/mo, capped at 500 contacts. Pair with Active when onsite behavior should drive who gets the next hit.

Do I need Active to use Engage?

No. Engage runs alone for list-based messaging. Launch is Engage level 1 with no Active. Active adds onsite behavior associated to those contacts.

How is Engage priced?

Launch is Engage Starter-1 (level 1) without Active at $29/mo up to 500 contacts. Higher hosted Engage bands use contact from-levels in EUR - see pricing.

Is Launch the same as Engage?

Launch is Engage level 1 without Active. Same product family - entry band only, no Active included.
